return or exchange 

Items purchased in Hawksbay may be returned to us.
Unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 15 days of purchase date for a full refund or credit. All returned items must have the tags attached, along with the original sales receipt. You can use our return label which will be provided with your request. If you do not wish to use the return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse.

 

Shopping

Orders can be placed on our website or by phone at 213-741-1624. You must be 18 years old or older and provide a US shipping and billing address. 
When you're finished shopping, click on “Shopping bag" to place your order. Price, estimated tax and availability will be displayed. You may also edit your order at this time. When you’re happy with your order, proceed to checkout.
To save time the next time you shop, you can choose to save your credit card details on our secure server, so you won't have to enter them every time you check out. For more information go to Payments.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. An additional email will be sent to notify you that your order has shipped with a tracking link to trace your order.
