At HawksBay, we take pride in the quality of our products and carefully inspect every item before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, don’t worry—we offer a simple and hassle-free return process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What to do if you receive a defective product

If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to a quality issue, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team via email or our website’s chat system within 3 days of receiving the product.

Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect.

Once the defect is confirmed (usually within 1 business day), we will issue a refund to your original payment method without requiring you to return the defective item.

Note: If photos or videos are not provided, or they do not clearly show a defect, all items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Non-defective returns or cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted before shipment. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

For returns or exchanges due to reasons other than product defects, you are responsible for return shipping and redelivery costs.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.

You will receive a refund without returning the package if:

  • The courier confirms the package is missing or damaged during transit.
  • We shipped the wrong item, size, or design.

Items that cannot be returned

Items must be returned in the same condition as received—unworn, unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

Products marked as non-returnable or complimentary items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after confirmation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. (Credit or debit card refunds may take an additional 3–7 business days to process.)

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Important reminders

Do not return items to the sender’s address on the package. Please contact our customer service team at hawksbayc@gmail.com to receive the correct return address. Returning items to any other address may delay processing.

Only include HawksBay items in your return package. We cannot accept responsibility for returning any unrelated items included in the package.
