Hawksbay ships orders both locally and internationally using trusted carriers.
We offer:

Local Shipping: UPS, FedEx, USPS

International Shipping: DHL, UPS, FedEx

Freight / Sea Shipping: Available for larger wholesale orders (typically 45 kg+), depending on your location and order size

Our goal is to ensure every shipment arrives safely, efficiently, and on time.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, our warehouse team begins processing it promptly.

For Established Wholesalers:

Priority order checking and packing

Orders dispatched within 1 business day

For New Wholesalers:

Orders usually dispatched within 2 business days

Delivery Estimates:

DHL / FedEx / UPS: 7–12 business days (worldwide, depending on destination)

EMS: 10–15 business days (not available for all regions)

Sea Shipping: Timeline varies by destination and port clearance

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email before processing the remainder of your order. You may choose to wait, exchange, or cancel based on your preference.

3. How Postage Is Calculated

Shipping costs are calculated based on total order weight.
In many cases, ordering in larger quantities offers better value.

For example:

Shipping 1 item vs. 5 items often costs nearly the same with certain carriers

The cost per kilogram decreases as your shipment weight increases

Tip: Combine multiple items into one order to reduce shipping cost per piece.

Material type (e.g., lightweight items like tees ~0.05 kg each; heavier items like jackets ~0.3 kg each)

Send us your pre-paid label or shipping box to collect your package
